- BS degree in Electrical Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
- Have the experience in the Quality scope and advantage if from the wire harness assembly background, such as:
- First Article Method and measurement,
- Calibration of Equipment & Jig Verification,
- Raw material inspection - Testing validation
- Documentation and Control Customer drawing verification
- Maintain and update the raw material certification - Review the Customer feedback and the Corrective Action
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Able to demonstrate problem solving skills
- Familiar with the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 & OHSAS 18001:2007 standard
- Lead & maintain the EHS requirements and standards
- Kaizen knowledge for the process Improvement
- Must have a positive attitude and be able to plan and prioritize
- work effort and quickly respond to issues and question
- Must be able to develop effective working relationships with engineering and program management
