Material Requirement Manager, you will:

Lead and manage up to 10 direct reports include: Material Planning Supervisor/Team Leads and Material Planning Analysts.
Plans and directs the material planning and material logistic functions to meet the facility plan objectives and satisfy customer needs. Interfaces with Operations, Business Resources, Global Purchasing, Suppliers, Logistics, Engineering and worldwide Cat facilities.
Plans, initiates, and maintains a material procurement process that establishes and achieves the least total cost, best quality and timely delivery for facility material purchases from internal/external suppliers. Includes managing inventory and record accuracy through monitoring shortage / surplus exception, supplier follow ups, negative on-hands and daily delivery performance.
Develops and directs internal/external material flow planning involving multiple facilities or extremely complex material flow plans. Implements complex supplier and interplant material supply plans. Meets production and parts requirements while optimizing inventory levels, lot sizing, lead times, packaging, and transportation costs. Works directly with facility Supply Chain Planning Engineers to create the plan for every part. You will provide leadership and integration support in the development of material logistics plans, working closely with multiple supply chain functions, including supply chain planning, supply chain performance, logistics and operations. You act as liaison between external suppliers, supply chain performance and supply chain planning to drive optimized flow plans and to support increased material velocity. Provides direct support to manufacturing operations through managing incoming requirements and scheduling of production work orders. Acts as a subject matter expert to support facility Sales and Operations Planning, and actively participates in facility Sales and Operations planning.
Leads projects driving the implementation of improved supply-base management. Provides high level of supplier relationship management leadership. Leads facility projects that identify and implement methods to assure suppliers are meeting Caterpillar's technological, communication, material delivery, financial management, and quality needs. Leads project teams implementing supplier-quality improvement efforts, Six Sigma projects and Lean Events as required.
Selects, trains and assists direct reports while providing career guidance and opportunity for added experience and training. Develops staff skills by focusing on evaluative / analytical thinking, innovative approaches to problem solving and team building. You are responsible for all personnel issues and performance evaluation of direct reports.

The successful candidate must bring:

Minimum of bachelor’s degree, preferably in Supply Chain and/or Logistics Management or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum of 7 (seven) years of increasing responsible supply chain logistics, global purchasing, operations and/or quality.
Knowledge and/or experience in material planning / control, purchasing, parts distribution, inventory control, manufacturing engineering, operations and transportation or logistics.
Advanced understanding of supply base utilization and experience in production scheduling and capacity management.
Completion of Leadership training or programs.
Experience or knowledge or understanding of 6 Sigma project Management principles.

Top candidates will also bring:

APICS CPIM or CSCP National Certification.
Ability to use and troubleshoot the MRP e.g., SAP system (MM, PP, SD Module).
Ability to develop and deploy creative / original solutions to very complex problems.
Excellence interpersonal, negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
Able to work independently with minimal direction.

Product Design Engineer, you will be:

Responsible to engage on factory quality issues/deviations, gather technical information to provide Interim Corrective Action/Permanent Corrective Action in a timely manner. Also responsible to maintain and track engineering issues closure.
Involve in NPI (New Product Introduction) or NSI (New Source Introduction) build providing technical support to set up the process until all the build issues are addressed. Also accountable to manage the execution of necessary reworks driven from design issues.
Continuous & Effective collaboration with Global design teams, suppliers, team members, and other business units.
Initiate design ideas to improve product performance, reduce cost or improve Manufacturability.
Provide on-site support for CPDD (Concurrent Product and Process Development) at Batam facility to ensuring Engineering changes implemented into factory/planning effectivity.
Provide technical support to Batam factory teams.
Support in development of regional suppliers.

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you will:

Supervise various locations in the Logistics Department including Receiving, Storing, Picking, Order filling and Shipping, loading and unloading material, systems related grief resolution, storage of material and the preservation.
Supervising hourly personnel to ensure completion of assignments in a timely, effective and efficient manner.
Drive team to identify continuous improvement ideas and engage support functions to implement the same.
Collaborate with related function to identify improvement opportunities for supplier supplied parts preservation.
Ensuring components/goods are received, packaged, stored and Issued in an efficient, safe, high quality, right quantity and timely manner.
Manage pocking & shipping activity to ensure timely finish goods shipment with correct documentation, packaging and appropriate preservation method applied.
Ensuring an effective work force by assigning, directing, motivating employees and responsible for their performance as well.
Enforcing company policies and procedures while abiding by the company’s contract.
Investigate root causes and perform corrective action to resolve the problems identified related on people/safety, quality, velocity and cost (PQVC).
Responsible to support and achieve 100% Supply Chain initiatives – Logistics PQVC (People Quality Velocity Cost) targets through implementation various initiatives such as 5S, Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma, Internal Certification, etc.

Facility Maintenance Supervisor, you will:

Responsible to help make safety working environment for everyone.
Understood the concept of Maintenance Management System (MMS) and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
Manage the Facility’s Asset Records (Building, Machine, Equipment and Utilities) as the baseline of Maintenance Management System.
Execute monitor and control facility maintenance areas (Building, Machines & Equipment), Project & Engineering (Civil MEP E&I Energy and Utilities) and adhere to Project Management.
Creates, update and maintains Facility Layouts.
Maintains or improves manufacturing machine & equipment performance, uptime and machine quality.
Incumbents may assist or lead craft personnel in diagnosis & troubleshoot of machine malfunctions and assist with needed repairs.
Works with manufacturing personnel on tooling, process and quality problems.
Develops and implements an effective predictive and preventive maintenance program.
Designs or assists with design of new equipment and / or systems installation and modification.
Continuous learning and share knowledge in hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, pipeline, instrumentation, lube, HVAC, utilities (gasses, electricity, water, etc.) and related classes to craft personnel to improve repair skills.
Supervise employees and outside contractors, including job assignment, workload monitoring, providing material, equipment and assistance to determine workflow.
Evaluates equipment at run-offs and updates technical libraries to maintain machine support data.
Troubleshoots thru RCCA equipment and systems malfunctions and recommends corrective action.
Designs or assists with design of new equipment and / or systems installation such as material handling, paint, filtration, calibration, configuration or other systems.
Adheres to established standards, policies and practices relating to quality, cost reduction, safety, ergonomics, etc. in performing assigned duties.
Performs analysis to determine present and future space requirements.
Identifies utility needs and prepares detailed work orders.
Coordinate’s receipt of equipment and installation schedules.
Assists with machine maintenance and recommends corrective action

Memeriksa bahan atau Material
Mengisi daftar periksa bahan/material saat mengambil bahan/Material untuk dirakit
Perakitan mengikuti proses standar pekerjaan
Mengisi In Progress Validation (IPV)
Memindahkan bahan dari sub proses ke proses selanjutnya
Pengujian setelah proses perakitan
Mengoperasikan Over Head Crane
Menguasai operasi yang diminta di area yang telah diberikan / ditentukan.
Memahami dasar tentang keseluruhan produk dan lini produksi
Memenuhi semua persyaratan kinerja untuk aliran produksi dan bidangnya.
Melakukan penggantian tim saat diperlukan untuk menjaga kelancaran aliran produksi.
Menguasai berbagai jenis operasi di lapangan yang ditugaskan kepada mereka untuk memaksimalkan kemampuan lapangan dalam merespon kebutuhan yang berubah.
Memahami peta aliran nilai untuk kondisi saat ini di lapangan dan berpartisipasi dalam menerapkan perubahan untuk mencapai peta aliran nilai untuk kondisi masa depan.
Jaga agar sel atau metrik operasional yang ditetapkan selalu akurat dan diperbarui.
Mulai panggilan Andon ke Ketua Tim tepat waktu.
Berpartisipasilah dalam proses pemecahan masalah dan bantu menentukan akar masalahnya.
Berpartisipasi dalam RIW, memberikan kontribusi berupa keahlian dalam proses produksi.
Berpartisipasi dalam dialog Peningkatan Proses.
Berpartisipasi dalam membuat Pekerjaan Standar dan mematuhi metode yang telah ditetapkan.
Lakukan Daily check semua equipment assembler Manajemen peralatan
Mempertahankan 5S di sub stasiun atau stasiun kerja
Pastikan mengikuti aturan keselamatan (SJP, HOIST UP, HIRA DC, LOF & Maintain APD)
Berpartisipasilah dalam penerapan Prinsip Panduan CPS dan kerjakan dengan tekun agar implementasi berhasil (Memahami dan mengenali pemborosan).
Memberikan ide-ide yang membantu perbaikan terus-menerus, kemudian memberikan umpan balik atas ide-ide yang ada dan berpartisipasi dalam melaksanakan ide-ide berikut.

Kandidat yang berhasil harus memiliki :

Fresh graduate Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan bidang Teknik Otomotif atau Kendaraan Ringan, Teknik Alat Berat, Teknik Penerbangan atau serumpun.
Berusia minimum 18 tahun (usia kerja) dan siap bekerja.
Memiliki komitmen yang kuat terhadap keselamatan dan kualitas.
Bersedia bekerja dalam berbagai shift dan jam kerja yang fleksibel.
