This is a reporting to the General Manager.
Job Description:
  • Fully responsible for all aspects of all departments
  • Taking directions from the General Manager and General Committee
  • Maintaining good Client / Member relationship and to supervise the onsite team in their duties to efficient and high standard
  • operation of all matters relating to administrative, financial and maintenance of the Village.
  • Attending to Members feedbacks and enquires as well as prepare reports and organizing and attending relevant meetings
  • including regular General Committee meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records including an up-to-date Members register.
  • Ensure the premises are in operative condition as per category of the unit to receive & serve the guests.
  • Ensure SOP implementation in all departments and check the same during routine operational checks.
  • Conduct regular operations team meeting with all the HOD to discuss routine operational matters, feedbacks and action taken
  • for service recovery, and also any staff issues.
  • Monitor and maintain operation & overhead cost in order to maintain maximum revenue to the organization.
  • Initiate, develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients; understand customer needs and tailor optimum
  • service solutions to customers
  • To oversee the financial / others affairs of the Village including:
  • Ensuring the preparation of monthly statements as well as the collecting of Members monthly fees
  • To oversee the creation and the approval of an operational budget for the Village.
  • Review all contracts, agreements and insurance before their expiry and recommend renewal or call for quotation/tender.
  • The Villages Rules, Regulations and By Laws are being observed at all the times to make sure comply with Government Regulations.
  • The General Manager / Director / General Committee / Members enquires and concerns are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS
A relevant Diploma or Degree in Estate Management or related discipline with at least 5 years experience in operational or project management of condominiums / building managements will be an advantage. The applicant must :
  • Have strong communication and negotiation skills and be good in decision making and effective problem solving.
  • Have the ability to handle pressure and multiple tasks and have good administrative and computer literacy.
  • Have pleasant personality, be costumer service oriented and be a good team player with strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Be proficient in English (written and spoken) and be able to balance multiple priorities and task and adhere to strict deadlines.
  • Having knowledge in sales and marketing is a plus
