FACILITIES AND MACHINERY TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:

To perform and attend any kind of corrective, preventive, and improvement maintenance etc. activity such as: Support equipment production in conversion, setup, repair, trouble shooting, etc.
To comply work activity based on company standard and practice (e. g. 55, safety, line discipline, Quality minded, etc.)
Machinery parts on the operation Lines able to independent configuration (fine out the root cause), dismantling, assembly, installation with setup.
Willing to learn any type of multitask different technical scope etc. Other's facilities/utilities and machinery system.
Able to perform any Job Task with minimum supervision during hang ON field works.
Basic duty reporting either Logbook or any relevant communication promptly to superior or operational.

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) system at any Local recognized technical college scholarship with minimum 3 Years experiences.
Proficient in English both written and spoken.
Experience and knowledgeable in Anodizing or Plating operation.
Able to work in rotation shift pattern.

LAB TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities:

Analysis of All the process tanks concentration
Monitoring the entire rinse tanks pH hourly basis.
Verify all the line tanks levels are maintained as per the operational level.
Verify all the dosing chemicals tanks are filled with operational level in the waste water treatment plant.
Replenishment of dosing chemicals in the waste water treatment plant.
Maintain and monitoring Inventory of all the chemicals (Process, WWTP & Lab)
Ensure waste water discharge quality hourly basis.
All the process tanks concentration to be maintained within the specification
Quality test to be performed as assigned for the each parts.
All the records to be maintained time to time.
Fresh makeup of the process tank as per the schedule.
Daily chemicals to the process tanks as per the assigned schedule.

Requirements:

Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
Having 1 years of relevant working experience in Chemical Handling
Fresh Graduated are welcome to apply
Good in English both Oral and Written . Able to Work on rotation Shift
Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.

Memastikan produk yang dihasilkan memenuhi standar perusahaan
Mendokumentasi hasil pengecekan terhadap hasil produksi
Melakukan verifikasi kualitas produk
Membuat setiap laporan pekerjaan kepada atasan

Persyaratan:

Min SMA / sederajat
Usia maksimal 28 Tahun
Tinggi Minimal 155 cm
Mahir menggunakan Alat Ukur seperti Micrometer, Smart Scope, Caliper, CMM, & Microscope
Berpengalaman di bidang yang sama min 1 Tahun
Bersedia mengikuti kerja shift

Harus memiliki pengalaman Dibidang yang sama min 1 tahun Dapat menggunakan alat ukur CMM Machine, Smart Scope, Dial Indicator, Caliper, High Gauge, Surface Tester, Raound Tester, Mikroskop
Jurusan SMA Sederajat
Bersedia bekerja mengikuti shift
