We a company located in Batam and manufacturing of standard Zinc, Aluminum Die Casting and MIM components are looking for the following positions:

1. DOCUMENT CONTROL OFFICER
2. PAYROLL ADMIN
3.PURCHASING CLERK
4. IT PROGRAMMER
5. ENGINEER

Requirements:

  • Min D3 in any subject (1:3), IT Science (4), and Mechanical Mechatronic Electronic (5)
  • Possess min. 3 years experience (1), 1-2 year experience (2-5) in the same position
  • Familiar in maintaining the hard copy and soft copy filing of JIB is in line and accurate, Provide process WI as per needs. Handle and manage the calibration measuring equipment and master let; make sure all internal and external documents in production and QA are latest revision based on receiving; contribute for audit preparation in term of documents availability, performing training to sub-ordinates including new employees orientation. Make sure all internal and external documents in production and QA are latest revision based on receiving. (1)
  • Familiar with Time Sheet checking, medical involves. Calculating PPh 21-Salary lax & Update on lax Regulations. Update BPJS requirements & regulations, colaborating with HR Dept to maintain employee data Compensation and update Manpower Hegulations (2)
  • Familiar with issuing Purchase order, daily distribution ist, daily incoming goods report. Receiving goods from suppliers and distributing goods to user, perform monthly consumables and stationeries stock take, combine monthly stationeries request from al dept and issue PR for purchase: handle pantry and consumable drink for Production. (3) Understanding of C# Language, Asp. net core framework, ORM: Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, MVC Framework (4)
  • Able to follow up and closed robotic matters with cystem integration to troubleshooting mechanical and quality issue, create new robotic programs or layout for new buffing jobs, improve operation efficiency in CNC and Tooling improve machining process and jig design. Can work closely with team member to improvement work quality and quantity as compile to direction of Lean manufacturing (5)
  • Command in English Communication Excelent in Computer skill (MS Office)
  • Willing to work independently and under pressure

Provide process WI as per needs.
  • Handle and manage the callibration measuring equipment and masterlist. Make sure all internal and external documents in production and QA are latest revision based on receiving.
  • Contribute for audit preparation in term of documents availability. Performing training to sub-ordinates including new employees orientation.
  • Perform any other jobs instructed by superior.
