IT Support

Job Description

Must have sound troubleshooting knowledge of Operating systems (MS-Windows 10 &Mac Book).
Should have sound knowledge of e-mail clients MS Outlook/Office 365/Thunderbird.
Should have a fair knowledge of computer/Laptops/Printers/Scanners/peripheral troubleshooting.
Should have a fair knowledge of Anti-Virus Clients, Internet proxy, patch management, etc
Manage and maintain in-house website
Manage incidents/service requests assigned to them until resolution/execution
Responsible for the maintenance of the required strategic documentation (detailed business plans)
relating to a business transformational initiative
Provide support to projects and ensure all assigned projects deliverables are completed as perschcudle

Job Requirements:

Possess Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree from reputable university, majoring in Computer
Science/Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support
Must be fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
An excellent team player

Production Manager

Job Descriptions :

Direct and manage plant operations for production, maintenance, quality and shipping and receiving of products completed to the required standards of quality, timeline, and budged
Coordinate plant activities through the planning with departmental managers to ensure the total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost-effective manner
Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production and quality standards
Control and minimize labor overtime, freight and repair expenses
Maintain existing plant facilities and equipment; replace or make adjustments to plant facilities and equipment when necessary
Implements and maintains preventative maintenance programs
Provide direction, development and leadership to production supervisor
Monitoring working performance of all employees and able to provide guidance and support to
increase the knowledge and productivity
Set & oversee goals for all reports, do half yearly reviews & one-on-ones

Job Requirement :

At least 3 years working experience as Production Manager/Plant Manager
At least 8 years working experience in Manufacture Industry
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Industrial) or equivalent
Have good analytical and calculation skills in production planning
Good understanding of both written & Verbal in English
High level of motivation, open-minded, flexible, pragmatic, creative, autonomous, Critical thinker,
and problem-solving skills
Ability to understand and apply engineering concepts in order to ensure the Department performance
Ability to prepare detailed technical reports using Microsoft pack office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
Willing to be placed in Batam City, Riau Islands
