Continuous Improvement Manager

Responsibility / Job Scope :

Lead and Manage the CI activities to support the Objectives for the plant
To achieve the Goals for the CI excellence which include : Lean Manufacturing metrics performances and other productivity indicators.
Able to lead different working teams on improvement projects for the entire manufacturing value streams to increase productivity and quality objective year on year.
Expose to the dynamic and challenging environment in a Global MNC where a systematic approach and accountability are highly required.
The duties include deployment of various critical skills in Lean and project management : Lean Tools applications / Project activities – PDCA / Review and develop Indicators for action / Making Presentation for insightful discussion.
Ability in communication to bring out ideas and possessed the motivating skills to create a positive environment for CI culture.
To involve, support or can even lead the Industry 4.0 and Digitized manufacturing system and deployment.
Ability in other functional knowledge such as engineering / quality / costing or SCM.

Experience / Knowledge / Education:

A Basic Engineering / Science degree in any field , preferably a MBA though not necessary. Both Speaking and Written English is important as this position need to liaise with our oversea plants.
Good knowledge in Lean Tools in Manufacturing, with additional past or current experience in Engineering / Quality Management / Basic Finance and Costing.
A specialized training / experience in Lean Six sigma and deployment is an added advantage.
Industry 4.0 and Digitized Manufacturing experience, may not be necessary but will be highly regarded.

PRODUCTION OPERATOR
Job Responsibilities:

Performing production process from raw material up to completion.
Achieve output as per scheduled by the Supervisor. Perform simple maintenance for all the machineries in the department.
Perform 5S in the working area.
Performing record taking and inspection as per instruction

Requirements:

Min Vocational High School (SMK) in Mechanical
At least 2 year's experiences as production operator
Demonstrates good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate in English is an advantage Posses valid ID card (KTP & KK)

QA Inspector
Job Responsibilities:

Perform visual & dimensional inspection of parts.
Perform visual verification of packaging & labelling requirements.
Prepare, file & retrieve of inspection reports, certification 7 quality records.
Initiate Non-conformance reports.
Conduct transaction in MFGPro.
Assist in Improvement actions from internal & External audits (ISO, Nadcap, customer, etc) Maintain 5S+ in QA area.
Maintain All quality requirements dictated by customer, Quality Engineer and QA Manager
Perform any other task assigned by Quality Engineer and QA Manager

Job Requirements:

Min Vocational High School (SMK),
2 years related experience (Quality Inspector)
Knowledge of drawings, workmanship standards & specifications
Use measurement tools such as micrometer, calipers, Richard's
Gage, etc
Basic Document control experience.
Speak and write English. Technical background will be added advantage
Self starter and can work independently
Positive mindset, team player, able to work under pressure, keen to learn and upgrade, takes on challenges and changes on
