Responsibilites:
- Manage; provide leadership and training to staff to achieve company's goals and engineering objectives
- Communicate effectively at all levels and manage cross functional teams from all disciplines of the business to achieve the desired technical and quality goals
- Understand how set up business partnership and to collaboration
- Planning, Improvement, Implementation, project and order from the customer
- Maintaining relationships with customers and or suppliers
- Handle customers complaints to ensure any solve problem will be
- Able to analyze and develop business well
- Conversant with injection mold tooling concepts, concept design, tool trials, NPI, FMEA, DOE and a good understanding of injection molding production processes
- Mold design review with customer
- Control the quality of products and injection molding project Follow up mold making process and make sure no having problem
- Requirements:
- At least 15 years' experience preferably in the plastic injection moulding.
- Bachelor degree in Technical Engineering
- Good negotiation & communication skill, self motivated, and proactive
- Able work in team
- Good communication in English, both oral and written.
- Willing to be stationed in Batam, Indonesia
