Fabricator/Welder.Operations
Syarat :

Experienced qualified welder previously worked with us. if not pass the testing organized by welding department.
Attendance with attitude is screening by HRD.
100% comply on companies rules and follow the direction.
Work with team and potentially we will have rotation work shift.
Safety and production golden rules training 100% to attend and comply

Operator Operations

Job Description

Experienced min fitter previously worked with us. CNC machines operator experience much better.
Attendance with attitude is screening by HRD.

Work with team and potentially we will have rotation work shift.
Safety and production golden rules training 100% to attend and comply.
Load and unload raw materials and equipment
Set up and calibrate accessories and equipment
Keep detailed records for equipment and procedures
Perform necessary maintenance and cleaning on equipment
Supervise machines as they run and make adjustments as needed
Inspect finished product to ensure it meets required specifications
Abide by company safety guidelines

Fitter.Operations

High school diploma or GED.
Appropriate state certification.
Proven experience working as a Fitter.
The ability to concentrate for extended periods.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Exceptional welding and mechanical skills.
Sound knowledge of building codes.
The ability to use hand and power tools.
The ability to interpret blueprints for mechanical systems.

Analyzing the blueprints for mechanical systems to determine the specifications of the components to be constructed.
Constructing structural components from raw materials.
Creating a suitable maintenance schedule and performing system maintenance accordingly.
Conducting diagnostic testing on malfunctioning systems to determine the root cause of the malfunction.
Replacing damaged or defective structural components as needed.
Adhering to all work-site safety rules and regulations.
Using welding equipment to fuse structural components.
Inspecting fabricated components to ensure that they are the correct size.
Utilizing shears, power saws, cutting torches, and chipper knives to cut structural components as needed

Material Analyst

Batam, Kepulauan Riau, Indonesia

Job Description, Job Requirements:

1 - 3 years of experience as an analyst (Material/Supply Chain/Business Analyst).
Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems; especially proficient in the use of Excel and Power Point. Knowledge in VBA and Microsoft Access would be an advantage.
Familiarization with manufacturing and service environment.
Ability to accurately communicate and collaborate with co-workers.
Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.
Ability to process time sensitive information and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide Dashboard for Fluid Motions Solutions (FMS) and Production & Midstream (P&MS).
Collaborates with Global Materials group to set up parts that are on stocking programs, maintains material master data accordingly.
Maintain KPI Stock out report and publish it to global NOV facilities.
Understand material and information flow in all processes.
Actively engaged on doing analysis related to Inventory and Order Book Management.
Analyze shipments data to determine Lead Time and On Time Delivery performance.
Ensure the Unpegged inventory and Gross Inventory are updated.
Monitor Cancellation report, PO Terms dashboard and distribute them to facilities.
Collaborate with facilities in capacity planning report and conduct periodic meetings with respective audiences.
Collaborate with Global Logistic Team to provide Dashboard, including freight revenue and logistic spend analysis.
All other duties as assigned.
