Manufacturing Test Engineer
Responsibilities
Basic Functions:

Perform a range of Manufacturing Test engineering activities including the development and maintenance of production test fixtures, software, procedures and debug tools.
Develop new test tools for new products and improve current test methodology and yields.
Must have safety awareness, and strong experience with supporting New Product
Introduction. Support the process of continuous improvement, and team building.
Experience working with medical device manufacturing standards and supporting these customers.
Strong experience with test and measurement equipment (Power meters, power supplies, HIPOT) and interfacing with them for automation.

Qualifications

Education & Experience
Experience with electromechanical manufacturing Knowledge in any type of MFG processes, 5S, Poke-yoke.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing Test Engineering principles, practices. procedures and sufficient knowledge to perform required analysis and make recommendations regarding production processes, improvements, cost control and
work standards. General knowledge of good Manufacturing practices. standards. ISO SPC.
Leadership: Influence management; Interpersonal skills; Problem solving: Teaching and training ability; Initiative. Ability to handle multiple competing projects simultaneously
Ability to analyse complex problems, develop innovative solutions and deal with ambiguity and frequent changes in priorities is required
Computer skills including a working knowledge of LabVIEW, VB6, VB.Net, C+,
C++, C# or similar programs and tools PCBA design and Electrical design tool experience a real plus.
Strong written and verbal skills in English

IT Administrator and support (1 person)

Job Requirements:

Male/Female, age 25-35th:
Good communication (English / Indonesia), able speak in Mandarin (option)
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent, with 3-4 years of experience in IT administrator and support.
Good IT knowledge with the technical knowledge to perform troubleshooting (hardware/software problem - related with computer/server)
Good skill on maintan and configuration firewall (Palo Alto), ASA vpn gateway, switch cisco, bandwidth management, cisco wireless AP, IP phone system and etc.
Good skill on LAN/WAN, DNS/DC/DHCP server, WSUS, NPS, IP Phone, NAS, CCTV, Anti-virus,and etc
knowledge about SQI/MySQI/Ms Access and programming language. (understanding/ optional) h. Able to work independently on assigned tasks and a proven track record of strong organizational, analytical, good logical thinking and planning skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide support to all computer, printer, and other hardware/software (M365 E5, etc) for all users/ department.
Provide Windows Client and MS server support, Security System and administration.
Perform equipment preventive maintenance, system administration and backup process.
Budgeting for IT purchase (yearly), provide montly KPI to Global,
Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with confidence to communicate at all business levels, both internally and externally.
Assists with setting up hardware, software and related peripherals.
Maintain current system (related/under IT at company).
Maintain and implement IT policy, ISO 9001 and 14001 IT document to all users at company.
collaborate and Participate in local/Singapore and regional IT projects.
collaborate with other department for project improvement.(related wth IT)
collaborate with IT vendor for IT related project and problem.
Maintain and renew all software subscriptions (yearly base)
PIC for all hardware and software in server room.
