Membutuhkan kandidat sebagai :

Purchasing Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Optimization of the purchasing result in cooperation with related cross functional teams. The goal is the support of WIK with world-class suppliers to ensure the supply of WIK Batam with production material, material related investments, tools, and indirect material to the lowest total costs Continuous controlling of objective achievement and internal and external stakeholder management
Development of strategic measures from regular competition screening and benchmark evaluations for the regional supplier base
Coordination and realization of the annual price negotiation with the suppliers under regional responsibility according to the global commodity strategy
Support the phase in and phase out of suppliers following the global commodity strategy and the performance the region
Supplier Relationship Management with the strategic suppliers in the region
Support challenging part sourcing activities required by NPI for Batam and act as a coordinator in NPI projects if requested
Disciplinary and functional leader of the purchasing team in Batam consisting of 3 sourcing engineers for production material and 2 sourcing engineers for indirect material
Hire, train, and coach team members, and continuously develop the team Break down department objectives to individual, monitor progress and evaluate performance

POSITION AUTHORITY :

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws for >=5 direct reports
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems
Phase in and phase out of suppliers according to global commodity strategy and supplier performance
Annual price negotiation with the suppliers under regional responsibility according to the global commodity strategy

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED :

Effective at interpreting complex and multiple sources of information to make decisions. Aptitude in decision-making and working with numbers and reporting. Experience in collecting and analyzing data. To that end, be very detailed, organized
Ability to comfortably and confidently present and influence all levels within the organization and to work with both technical and non-technical teams
Results oriented person with a strong delivery focus who can work independently and collaboratively with global teams
Good knowledge of the global and local commodity marketplace and procurement best practices. Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and tooling
Proven track work of working collaboratively with other departments and being able to develop and manage supplier partnerships
Talent in negotiations and networking and the ability to explore and develop new supply chain networks
Development of employees, emotional intelligence, intercultural understanding/management, change management Excellent problem solving, critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly articulate creative, practical solutions
Good knowledge in SAP & PLM (plus point)

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree: Major in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business Administration
Experience: 11-15 years working experience in EMS industries is preferred.
Language level: Excellent communication in Indonesian and English written and Oral.

Teliti, rajin dan bertanggungjawab

Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman sabagal SPC inspector atau QC Inspector

1. PLANNER FOR PLANNING MATERIAL CONTROL

Requirements :

Plan according to SAP system requirement for inhouse production
Review the capacity in term of manpower machine and tool
Issue weekly production order to production according to SAP system
Arrange and coordinate weekly MPS Meeting with respective production
Provide priority urgent list to production
Monitor and follow up with respective production for daily output and on time backflash at system
Execute and daily follow up according to production plan
Monitor the inventory level at min level
ECO all completed production order especially during end month cut off
Organize and coordinate daily material supply meeting with buyer
Provide weekly and monthly plan to production.

General Requirements :

Minimum 2 years' experience in same field in manufacturing.
Diploma III or bachelor's degree in relevant subject.
Good in Microsoft office.
English proficiency both oral & written: good communication & interpersonal skills; leadership.

2. QMS Engineer

Requirements :

Prepare yearly External and Internal audit
Prepare monthly/yearly reports of QA Department
Organize yearly Internal ISO 9001/14001 audit plan
Execute external ISO 9001/14001 audits as organizer
Keep the system of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 in consistent with the updated company operation
Taking part on 8D team for customer complaint to ensure follow up implementation of CA and proper input in RQM
Product Safety release for Engineering sample or modification sample before mass production
Conduct internal and external food safety audits
Conduct internal food safety training's Very experienced in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Experienced in ISO 31000 Risk Management, Lean Management and Six Sigma, 6S implementation

General Requirements :

Minimum 3 years' experience in same field in manufacturing.
Diploma III or bachelor's degree in relevant subject.
Good in Microsoft office.
English proficiency both oral & written; good communication & interpersonal skills; leadership
